Housing counseling is one of those services you generally only hear about when you need it, so it’s no surprise if you haven’t considered meeting with a housing counselor to help you wrestle with your housing challenges. HUD approved housing counseling agencies have counselors on staff who receive training on a regular basis to help them stay up to date on the latest programs and services to help you stay in your home and keep it safe. When it comes to delinquent mortgages, property taxes or condo fees we’ve made our staff available to meet with you twice a week, every Wednesday at 12 noon in Adams Morgan except the last Wednesday of the month when we start at 6pm and every Thursday in Congress Heights at 12 noon.
